Helping women-led businesses export beyond borders
Wexport focuses on supporting women-owned businesses in scaling and expanding into international markets. The unit provides expert guidance on export readiness, market access, branding, and compliance with trade regulations. Through strategic matchmaking, exposure opportunities, and mentorship, Wexport helps female entrepreneurs confidently navigate global trade and unlock new growth potential.
Empowering entrepreneurs to turn ideas into reality
StandOut is a practical training program designed to equip women, youth, and grassroots entrepreneurs with essential business planning skills. Participants receive tailored workshops, one-on-one coaching, and post-training support to help them develop investment-ready business plans and build sustainable ventures. The program also includes an optional Training of Trainers (ToT) track, enabling qualified graduates to become certified BPWA trainers.
In alignment with our ‘Transformation’ pillar and building on our learnings of key issues hindering women’s participation in the workforce, the HR Café came to light as a service that we offer businesses to help them foster a more inclusive environment for women.
