The "Power Meet-Ups" program, a dynamic collaboration between BPWA and Hikma Pharmaceuticals, aims to empower young female employees at Hikma by providing expert business mentoring, coaching, and career guidance from BPWA members. Through this partnership, BPWA’s seasoned professionals will share their valuable experiences and insights across various industries, offering personalized support to help mentees sharpen their skills and navigate their career paths. The program’s key objectives are to facilitate the professional growth of young female employees, enhance their career progression both within Hikma and in the broader market, and leverage BPWA members' extensive expertise to foster development, build confidence, and accelerate their advancement in the workplace.
