The Launching Economic Achievement Program (LEAP) for Women in Jordan Project aims to supports women’s economic empowerment in Jordan, through programming that seeks to address the high unemployment rates among Jordanian women and improvements to the enabling environment and culture regarding entrepreneurship and women in the workforce

Project Outcomes

Produced a motion graphic video showcasing the results and findings from research conducted throughout the project, enhancing knowledge-sharing.
Hosted 7 HR Café sessions with 118 participants from 46 private sector and civil society institutions, fostering dialogue on inclusive HR practices using the Gender Mainstreaming Guide.
Ensured sustainability of LEAP outcomes by making all publications, tools, and findings publicly accessible through the Information Hub.
Delivered a capacity-building and culture transformation session titled “Lead the Way for an Inclusive Workplace | Endorse Business Transformers”, targeting HR managers and decision-makers in the private sector, with 67 beneficiaries trained on fostering inclusive business cultures
