Project Details

The SAWI Project, funded by the U.S. State Department and MEPI, and implemented by the American University of Beirut, the Telfer School of Management, and BPWA as the country partner in Jordan, works directly with 8 to 10 local employers to enhance and implement gender-inclusive human resource policies and practices. By collaborating with key organizations, the project aims to foster a more equitable and diverse work environment, creating scalable models for inclusive HR practices that can drive long-term change across Jordan and the MENA region. Through training, resources, and strategic support, the SAWI Project empowers employers to lead the way in promoting equal opportunity and inclusive workplace cultures.
