The Launching Economic Achievement Program (LEAP) for Women in Jordan supports women’s economic empowerment through programming that seeks to address the high unemployment rates among Jordanian women and improvements to the enabling environment and culture regarding entrepreneurship and women in the workforce.

The primary target audience for the LEAP program includes Jordanian women facing challenges related to unemployment and entrepreneurship. This encompasses women who aspire to enter or remain in the workforce and those interested in entrepreneurial activities. Additionally, stakeholders such as policymakers, business leaders, and organizations involved in shaping the economic landscape and supporting women's empowerment initiatives are integral parts of the target audience.
