01 Ignite — Awareness Sessions and Campaigns
Sessions and campaigns that highlight how strategic HR management and workplace inclusion contribute to business growth, competitiveness, and employee wellbeing.
CORE brings together BPWA’s experience in strengthening human resource management and advancing workplace inclusion in Jordan since 2019. Building on KIP, LEAP, SAWI I, SAWI II, and Accelerating Gender Parity, CORE brings research, practical tools, training, and company-level support into one framework for HR excellence.
Our goal is to turn HR into a strategic partner for business growth—helping companies strengthen their systems, invest in their people, and create workplaces where everyone, especially women, has the opportunity to thrive.

CORE combines practical tools, training, assessments, and knowledge exchange to help companies develop stronger, more inclusive HR policies, procedures, and systems.
