Rasha has a Master degree in pharmaceutical technology and a Bachelor degree in Pharmacy from Jordan University of Science & Technology.

Before establishing Juman Factory, Rasha has worked in many fields filling different positions. She has served as Manager of the scientific biro representing Beirzait Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Co. in Amman, as well as being a Researcher & Formulator in the Jordanian Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Co. She has also worked as a tutors’ assistant and visiting lecturer at JUST and Balqa University.

Moreover, Rasha’s vast experience in the pharmaceutical field was developed through her time in the United Pharmaceutical International Co., serving as a Technical Manager and Depute of General Manager. She has also worked as a Development Specialist at Medmack Co.
