With more than 20 years in the Banking Industry sector, Mona has filled different leadership positions, of which serving as a Regional Manager for business development for corporate and SMEs department has been the latest.

Mona has been doing voluntary work since early age up to this day as she currently serves as a board member at BPWA. In 2000, she has started volunteer training with “INJAZ” at the university of Jordan, focusing on capacity building, empowering and preparing youth for labor market. Her voluntary work in the training field enabled her to move smoothly from the banking industry to the training and consulting field. She has also conducted many training courses locally and within the Arab region in banking management and soft skills courses.
