Noor's professional experiences include: executive level management, strategic programs management, organizational development, employee development and employee relations.

Noor is currently the Head of Human Resources for Teeba which is owned by IDJ, (a joint venture between Almarai and PepsiCo), responsible for the HR support for over one thousand employees.

Prior to her role in Teeba, Noor was Head of HR for THE Group (COZMO, Hamleys, BHS and Readers) for more than seven years providing HR support to more than one thousand employees across all locations of THE Group. Throughout that period her achievements were very notable especially at elevating customer service culture.
